Stating which sizing system is used (EU, UK or US) avoids a common mix-up. If a model runs small or large compared to the usual size, saying so directly in the description avoids the large majority of size-related returns.

Leather, faux leather, canvas: material determines comfort, care and durability, and a buyer can't guess it from a photo alone. Specifying it avoids unpleasant surprises on arrival.

Side view (profile), top view, sole, and a close-up of the material. A non-new shoe should also show the sole's actual condition — that's often what determines wear more than the overall look.
