How much can you earn selling on MODEACC?

This question comes up at every signup: on a sale of a given amount, what actually ends up in the seller's pocket? The answer depends on just two things — the item's price and the commission tier that applies — since MODEACC charges no subscription and no fixed fee, and delivery is never commissioned.

Commission, by price tier

Commission is 8% for an item sold at 150 MAD or less, and 15% above 150 MAD. It only applies once a sale is actually paid — nothing is taken on an item that's simply listed, or on an abandoned cart. A simple example: a 100 MAD item nets the seller 92 MAD (8%); a 400 MAD item nets 340 (15%).

What costs the seller nothing

No monthly subscription, no fixed fee to open or keep a shop active, and delivery is fully handled and billed by MODEACC to the buyer — never deducted from what the seller earns. The only thing that reduces an earning is an accepted return: the refunded portion is, logically, no longer the seller's (see the article on returns below).

When the money arrives

An order is validated within 48 hours after review, and a seller has a 14-day window after delivery during which the buyer can still request a return — past that window, the amount is definitively theirs.
